ABOUT GLEN
Hello, I'm Glen Durrant, welcome to my website. As an ex-pro and winner of the PDC Premier League in 2020 I have now opened my doors to coach players into improving all aspects of their darts game.
BACKGROUND
I previously worked in Housing for 30 years, in 2003 I was recruited into a middle manager role enabling me to coach, mentor and support staff in the day-to-day aspects of their job.
I always believed that this experience and knowledge gave me the transferable skills and attributes to enter the world of dart coaching.
I want to share my experiences on the dartboard with you and give away my trade secrets in preparation and practice
routines that will get the very best out of you, how to handle the stress of that moment of ‘Game on’.
2020 has been my Annus Horribilis but I believe if I had me coaching me, looking at my throw, grip, balance, stance but
more importantly, encouraging and supporting me throughout this difficult period I would have succeeded quicker.
It’s a mental game, and confidence is key, not many players experience a Lakeside World Title and that moment when you have a winning dart for the Premier League title and I will share with you my processes of getting to the top. The whole psychology of this wonderful sport means you can be a superstar one day and not hit a big twenty the next.
Attitude is key and a fundamental aspect of my coaching technique.
COACHING
The coaching will be from my home and tailored into whatever capacity you require, but I’m confident that your game will Improve with a promise of regular contact afterwards for continued improvement. I'm offering 1 to 1 and Team Coaching sessions.
